A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Due to reasons beyond the customer's control the item was not able to be shipped at the agreed time. Both the customer and myself made every reasonable attempt to ship as planned. We have both agreed that canceling is the only current option. This customer was great with communications and their efforts to complete shipment. I would not hesitate to recommend him to other transporters.

After all was said and done ,after all of the unforseen acts of god happened, I got my bike and Jay went out of his way to get it to me. I can't thank you enough Jay..
