A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I need to cancel the shipment due to excessive wait times at an IAA auction sight. This pushed my other shipments to the right so I could not meet the customer’s delivery request. When I submitted my offer acceptance, I submitted a delivery time line of 4/6-4/8, in case something happen to come up such as this.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services What an absolute scam. These people are terrible. I made it very clear I had my hesitation in working with them as I know they take too long moving bikes. You can see from the message thread that I asked them to guarantee the 18 day delivery timeframe, they accepted. Then sent me a contract to sign saying it was purely an estimate. Everyone warned me, took them for their word. Absolute waste of time, they shouldn’t be allowed to use this platform.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Sorry, I didn't see that you'd changed the scheduling. I'm viewing it on the iPhone app and it didn't show me your notes until I'd accepted and paid.

Customer simply didn't read the dates that I could do this job before accepting. He needed immediate shipping, I was 2 weeks out. We cancelled 10 minutes later. No harm, no foul.
