I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment It is paying less than the expenses to travel to Colorado. The glass end table is the only item in northeast Ohio for me to pick up. I have been unable to get additional transports from the same area.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Considering I made the account within 72 hours prior to this. I had booked several items and were canceled within the same time frame. I was unsure how USHIP worked with the fees, bidding, delivering and customer interaction. This was a a low priced item in hopes of the others holding up. Being based out of INDIANA driving from INDIANA-OHIO-then on to NEW YORK would not have been probable at this time. In all honesty I had thought it was canceled prior to this. My sincere apologies.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I reached out multiple times about status of pickup and service provider unable to come pickup this shipment that he accepted. I asked if unable to Fulfill this Request to please let me know and he stated a Best Option is to Cancel this.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time this service provider never made contact and never responded to email and 2 calls which was unable to leave message on voice mail due to being full. contacted uship customer support and they attempted contact with this service provider also and still no response. Poor customer service which was Completely None on the Bigdog Express Llc part.
