The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer listed the transport as being ready on the 21st and my offer stated I needed to pick up on the 21st or 22nd. After booking my offer, the customer disclosed that the boat isn’t ready until the 24th. I said I needed to pick up on the dates listed in our booking which he couldn’t do so he canceled the booking.
