The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I am going to have to approve this. I want Uship to know that it was not my company that did wrong. Customer put on his Uship booking the measurements are exact so we booked him a truck based off of his booking. Come to find out when driver got there the measurements were not correct. I called him and told him and he said get him a new truck I said ok and than with in an hour he is canceling and not telling the truth. Less than an hour is not long enough to find another truck.
