Also your bike was covered as per your request the WHOLE trip, we removed the cover just before you showed up to make unloading easier and quicker.

I showed up at your motel on my way to work the morning prior to picking up my motorcycle. It was raining and the motorcycle was uncovered. You did not uncover it just prior to unloading. That is a lie. You told me that you were taking the motorcycle back to your house to cover it and take pictures to send me. Using the excuse that you forgot your memory card is weak at best. Integrity and honesty are very important for repeat business. I urge you to reform your behavior in the future.

Motorcycle arrived in good condition.
Online tracking was unreliable, although this may not be the carrier's fault. When I compared Sprint's coverage map to gaps in tracking, they lined up very closely.
Carrier promised to send pictures of the load prior to shipment, and promised to cover the motorcycle to protect it during transit. I received no pictures and the motorcycle arrived uncovered. Transit time was at least 3 times faster than other carriers estimates.

We thank you for your feedback. It was a pleasure working for you, your payment was received on time. Two comments if you will. Firstly we forgot the memory card for the camera and we are sure we informed you of this. Secondly, about the USHIP tracking, it is BETA and does not always work as it should. We have been in Missoula Montana for the past 2 days and it shows us as being in Post Falls Idaho.
