I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Had a family emergency and was not able to move it yesterday, but I am working on it now Response from Shawn N.: "had a family emergency"? Didn't notify me or respond for 6 days after the failed pickup date. I literally had to file a refund complaint with uShip to get a response. I tried calling, emailing, and contacting others at the "company" and nothing. Cost me big money dealing with this guy. Delivery date 1/26, first reply on 2/1 after uShip sent a warning. I think something needs to be added about integrity here and lying on their response and not manning up to what he did.

Shipper explain what needed to be done, he did obtain the key for the caterpillar and was already there after driver arrived. Unit was succesfully deliver and he was there to assist the driver. I give him two thumbs up and recommend him to anyother carrier.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did not deliver as promised. Service provider has not responded to phone calls or emails since Friday.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Service provider claims to be sick (not sure why they're bidding on jobs then?). Took days to even contact me. We have no plan or time to pick up this shipment due to service providers' issues. I have someone else that can get the job done and I'd just like a refund at this point.
