I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The customer booked the shipment but the days did not work out for her. She asked if she could cancel.

This is untrue. I left my dates of service needed. 8/31 5o 9/1. The driver called me on 8/22/22 and said he would be clear in Georgia at that time and had to cancel. It wasn't my fault but the company that accepted the request. Now, I'm awaiting my $2400 refund due to them taking the offer and then changing dates. Please be aware.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The provider called me to let me know they are on the way and I adv he was too early to be making his way to me as listed to move out on Sept 1st. The provider said they were unable to do that as they have other jobs. *Providers should not be bidding on jobs with timelines/deadlines they do not plan on meeting. Dates are listed for a reason and if it does not work for the provider they should be using the listing Q&A to discuss that before quoting.
