I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I need to cancel the load. I am no longer able to accommodate the shipper. I arrived to pick up a airstream and my truck wasn’t sufficient enough to tow it.

She gave me more then she was supposed to it was supposed to be 8-10 Items and she put 18 ITEMS, and still compline about everything NEVER WILL WORK FOR HER AGIAN

Without going into a lot of detail, horrible experience, crude and rude people, driver quit in the middle of the shipment left me stranded and the owner tried to blame me for everything and then demanded payment. They use high school kids as "experienced movers". Did not use any blanket wraps and every piece was damaged rquiring me now to file an insurance claim. Stay away!!!!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The truck driver initially booked cancelled and that complicated the shipment since another carrier had to be assigned and that new carrier could not reach the pickup location on a timely manner.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment He had mechanical issues and in view of saftey concerns for my RV he advised me that he recommended cancelling the pick up. He was very honest and straightforward and only learned of his difficulties after driving from Virgina Beach to Milto Florida for the pick up

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services ADL Logistics agreed to this shipment on 10-15. 11 days later, I have not heard from them and they have not made arrangements for a pick up. The couple of times that I spoke to them, I haed to make the call and they promised that I would get a call back within 24 hours. 11 days later I have not heard from them and they have never made an attempt to contact me or to contact the person at the pick up location. I finally had to make different arrangements to pick up the car, so I would not lose
