Once the quote was accepted there was an issue with vehicle pick for the timeframe quoted. From the time of order the pick up and delivery time was over 3 weeks. Montway did a great job communicating my concerns when I contacted them. The company they hired to move the vehicle was not familiar with USHIP procedures and collected an additional check upon delivery - the driver claiming it was COD. Both USHIP and Montway did a great job in resolving this issue - but it was very confusing.
