The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer did not answer the phone after i tried calling multiple times. 5min later customer replied to my email asking vehicle info so i responded back with the vehicle informatio and after that i just got email saying "we have requested a cancelation".

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The phone number provided by the carrier does not work at all and he has not answered emails asking him to call us.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Provider was not familiar with requirements of job despite specific listing details. Provider did not respond promptly to questions or provide vehicle description when asked. Provider did not seem experienced with this type of job and we cannot risk having a problem.
