several days after a perfect delivery the customer demanded that I produce a battery charger that was not on the bill of lading and then threaten to leave negative comments on my bio if I didn't produce one

Liar. He SIGNED bill of lading for bike/keys/charger/tool/manuals on pick up..he & I have emailed copy. Delivered @1030pm. Freezing dark so couldn't inspect. Emailed him the next day inquiring bout the charger. No reply at all til 3rd email I sent over 4 day period which then mentioned potential negative feedback. He said he would look for it. Didn't hear back since then & doesn't reply to my inquiries after over 2 wks. Phone# in his profile is bad. No choice but to leave negative feedback.

1st. Communication is difficult. Phone# listed on profile useless..goes straight to VM message but won't let u leave VM. Only he can call u but his caller ID private, so u can't call back. He responds @1 in 4or5 emails u send him.
2nd. Delayed delivery. Supposed to deliver @11/30 per USHIP bid..missed it. He emailed me new 12/8 delivery date..missed. Finally delivered 12/13.
3rd. Lost battery charger that he signed for on pickup. Gave him 2wks to find it but never replied to my 5 emails.

get your story straight the seller was out of town for the pickup then I was out of town for a week.there was the Thanksgiving holiday to contend with.the bike was delivered in perfect condition. I had to help you push the bike more than a hundred yards up a very Steep Hill with no benefit to me. very inconsiderate. you accepted the delivery complete later to accuse me of not delivering a battery charger that was not packaged or labeled with your name. Charger was not on the BOL.not a scratch
