A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The scheduling conflict was not on my end. I was still able to to the transport as booked. A scheduling change came up on his end and I was not able to change my routing around it. My trip was planned around the dates book for this shipment. Response from Larry M.: Maybe I was unclear about the cancellation. I spoke to David several times on the phone and he could not have been more helpful. The dates I posted for the logistics of the shipment were incorrect. I'm sorry for the confususion.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The timeframe that was stated for pick up and delivery could not be accomodated. Rather than go through this process again, I rented a trailer and will be going to pick up the motorcycle myself. Response from DavidperryNH: The timeframe that this shipment was booked for was altered by the customer after booking. I was able to accommodate the transport on the date booked, but once he'd changed his scheduling, I was no longer able to comply.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Had a high end MTB that needed to be in Ft Laud for a race. Bid was accepted by shipper "loafer46" with more than two weeks lead time. I had to reach out to him when I would have expected the shipper to call me. No problem, he said. Two days before the delivery due date, and sort of in a panic, I again called him. Had to leave a message and he called back and now tells me he got his dates mixed up and can't pick up or deliver for another week. This would have left me with one day to prep the bik

THIS WAS A SUPERIOR CHOICE! Larry is an exceptional mover with excellent people skills and the American work ethic most people do not adhere to or even remember. Move was scheduled at 8:00am 9/18/08. I was 30 minutes late due to traffic. They were right on time AND they were packed and ready to leave when I arrived. The move went absolutely 4STAR! I found my local shipper for many future shipments. There will be NO NEED to post and wait for bids from unknown shippers. SERVICE is the key!
