A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Told the customer in the bid and on the phone the shipment would be the week of the 20th. He wanted it sooner, so we made arrangements, but he wouldn't receive it before 6pm, which made the shipment on his preferred date impossible.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I have plenty of time to pick up and deliver inside the contract dates but he says his customer is impatient. So what’s the purpose of the dates ( decorations). I don’t want to deal business with him , for sure!
