After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Hi Ursula, we are insured up to $100,000 I did not realize that your apartment building would require more than the coverage that we offer.Before booking we agreed on pickup being 4-17 and delivery being 4-18, I had my schedule and route dedicated to you and your move.I even had a return move booked after leaving your delivery. You canceling on us is really changing our entire week that we had planned.And as far as a contract, we usually use uship’s booking as our contract/agreement

This one was one of the worst shipments ive hauled for Uship. She had a list of items and it stated 20boxes once we got there they had over 75boxes and 15 large totes. When i said that she had more then listed she demanded i use my truck bed for her stuff and i told her there wasnt room as that space was given to someone else based on her list of items. She was very rude and quite frankly nasty with us. Stay clear from this one. Response from Ursula G.: Doug offered his trailer and truck bed, but when he arrived, he had items from another shipment which was not disclosed. He broke down and didn't show up when scheduled which caused me to take off of work. He came unprepared and left for a few hours to find help. Although we removed many items from the shipment, his trailer was still not enough when we were honest about the amount of large furniture we had. His communication was very poor and I would not recommend working with him.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Hello Michael. I am giving you five stars for your time. However, it does not appear that you have the insurance requirements that my apartment building requires, therefore I can not use your services. In addition, a contract was not provided in a timely manner and we have no written pick up and drop off date, so I will need to move forward with a different service provider. Thanks again for your time and understanding.

Overall a positive experience with a few hiccups. Doug had to hire last minute loading help which delayed the move. We had to rush to meet him on time on the other end, but his truck broke down and I ended up taking a half day off of work to accommodate his arrival 3 days later. In his offer, he mentioned use of his trailer and bed of the truck. When he arrived, he already had a piece of furniture from another shipment in the trailer and he made a big deal about using the bed of the truck.

Ed was professional and kept in contact throughout the journey. He wrapped the piece of furniture nicely and protected it well. He picked up and delivered right on time. They are a great organization as well. I would recommend Spirit Movers.
