A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer did not accept bid until 25 minutes before the shipping location closed, on the only day I was available to pick up the shipment. At the time of acceptance I was 3 hours from pickup location.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The customer is having an issue communicating with their shipper, and has been unable (or unwilling) to provide the freight details. We cannot, and will not, book freight without the correct load specs. The customers says that they cannot get that info from their shipper.
