The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Accepted their quote on 5/20. The committed to picking up on 5/21 with delivery 5/26 - 5/29. they called on 5/21 asking about dimensions of the shipment (already listed on shipment) and they said they didn't have room on that truck but would pick up on 5/26. I had to call at end of business on 5/26 when they were a no show. Said they had a truck break down and had to pick up another truck in Albuquerque, NM and they would let me know within an hour when they could pick up. Never got a call
