After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Driscollandson failed to provide a certificate of their liability insurance after repeated requests. The certificate is necessary to allow them to use the elevator in the destination apartment building. They were warned that we would cancel if they failed to provide the certificate by Saturday evening; it is now Sunday afternoon and no certificate has been provided.
