I am unable to contact the pickup location. I don't feel comfortable because I don't have proof the pet is safe to travel.

They were amazing. Had pictures for reassurance. Communication was easy. Pup baby made it safe and happy to his destination.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After booking, communication was made through WhatsApp and gmail with both myself and the provider. Towards the scheduled day for pick up multiple attempts to contact the provider on WhatsApp was unsuccessful. Provider also contacted the wrong phone number which I corrected right away but no contact was made still. I made contact through gmail which I’ve told them I messaged them on the app which worked the day of booking. It made me feel uncomfortable moving forward with the transport.
