Great job!! There were a lot of changes to the delivery schedule. David was prepared for anything. He picked up the furniture and after he left the delivery timeframe changed on the receiving end. David worked with my customer to deliver the goods almost two weeks later and everything was pristine. Would definitely utilize again. Thx David

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Providers schedule changed and had to cancel. I would work with them again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Item was scheduled to be picked up no later than 3/20/2021. I haven't heard from the shipper for 8 days prior to me sending an email on 3/20/2021. Then I receive an email from them stating they had tried to make contact several times with no luck and their trailer was broke down. I have zero messages, missed calls or emails from them regarding any delays in pickup.

Entire process was decent. Communication was good and delivery was on time. The problem was in handling of my furniture piece.This was a newly refinished Buffet for a customer and was in immaculate condition when i helped load it. However, it arrived with a scratch and gouge on the top and a big spot on the corner of the top where paint was removed completely appearing as if it was slammed against something.
