service provider did not do what he said he would do, his driver was supposed to unload in Baltimore on Wed and pickup our load on Thur. service provider stated he was not able to contact the driver and he figured he was wanting more money. service provider emailed Friday morning and said he had another truck but it was not the type we had agreed upon and there would have to be more permits to load this trailer, therefore more money was again the issue and the trailer would be taller and the mac

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This was an excellent carrier to work with this was just very time sensitive and it didn't end up working out. Would use again!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The service provider emailed me on here and said he would be able to pick up the 26th or 27th of December, it is now the 28th and he has made know attempt to contact me in any way, I tried to call him and there is no answer. I have left voicemails, I have sent text messages, I have emailed him and have failed in making contact in anyway. With a person with business practices like this I don't think I would want to trust him with any of my belongings. I need to relist this shipment so I can get a

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I called the hauler sfter accepting his bid,he let me know that morning that he would be in corinth ms to pick up my dog from the people who were keeping her at 8 or 9pm...I called the people to let them know and they said that would be fine...I called the hauler back at 5 or 6pm that eving to see how he was making it,he then told me that it would b 1:30 or 2am in the morning before he made it...I explain to him that it was a pretty late hour to wake people up and he said ok he would get the nex
