Shipper was advised on 2/15 that the ship it now price was based on 700# due to technical error, thus not a valid bid. We are unable to cancel ship it now bids, which is why we advised the customer of the problem and placed a replacement bid that reflects his actual weight of 1400#.

I was contacted by Uti and was told about the problem and agreed to let the bid expire because of the weight mistake. Two days later I checked the bids after the original bid had expired and Uti had 3 bids that were current $398, $615, and $652. I accepted the one for $398 assuming it had replaced the one that had expired. I received a cancellation request and honored it. I am a little confussed about the process having 3 bids from one transporter. Wade

Not good to deal with. Not honest!! DO NOT deal with Wade!!! This guy still has not paid total for this shipment! was not as listed, was over 2 times the listed wt# and larger than the listing. Did not have new tires, bearing or brakes. Says one thing and does another...games, games, games. Pay the balance Wade!!!

Very poor communication from shipper. I kept leaving messages and received email- office closed. Never notified the shipment was overweight- should have been notified at the time of pickup. Allstate picked up boat after hours and said they left me a message about the situation. No message left! I just went with info from seller. I paid John the balance due with cash and a personal check at time of delivery. Should have looked at feedback before contracting shipper. DO NOT SHIP WITH ALLSTATE

The driver's truck had brake problems that put him a day behind schedule. We are flexible on our schedule so it didn't matter to us. He was on time and courteous.

Alex is a great guy. He goes the extra mile for his customers. He made the pick up of my Thiokol on time and delivered it to me on the agreed date dispite adverse weather conditions. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

Pleasure was really mine for having been selected to be of service & would welcome the opportunity at anytime to do so again. Excellent shipper & understanding person to communicate with who unfortunately experienced less than desirable results from another TSP with same shipment for no apparent or justifiable reason. Shipping point had all ready on time for carrier to load with a flexible delivery window on the other end. Concise communication & willingness to get it done worked for all ~ THX

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment

Communications were poor from the service provider. Boat was to be picked up the week of 12-31- 1-5. It was picked up 1-5 after closing time at the marina. I left many messages to coordinate the pickup with the marina. No calls back! When I finally threatened to cancel the pickup it was picked up on the last day after hours. Boat was delivered to me on 1-8-08 and driver informed me that it was overweight and my shipping went from $900 to $1800.I had no choice but to pay. No reciept for payment.

got bid29th set up for the 5th, picked up on time was over 2 times the weight 11,720 lbs. listed @ 5700# told him this size would be $2-3 mile would do it for 1/2 ttl$1800. He said yes, we delivered in 3 days 3 flats and no brakes or light on trailer bought on ebay he said had new tires and brakes. We helped him out and still didn't pay the balance. will get a pd slip when you pay it. please remit We had $1192 in fuel,$180 10'wide load permits, 2614 miles,62hrs & fixed light & tire problems@cost
