There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The provider did a great job, solid communication, unfortunately there were stairs at the pickup location that had not been disclosed, and the pickup location did not have anyone available to assist.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period It has been almost a month since this was booked and deposit paid. I have emailed carrier multiple times with no response, and neither me or the person at the pickup location have ever heard from the carrier, yet they advertised pickup within 5 days.

A very bad overall experience - horrible communication, no one answers phone or texts, no return calls after messages, took much longer than they promised to get it picked up, didn’t even know it had been picked up until driver called and said he was 3 hours away from delivering. I would not recommend to anyone - hands down my worst UShip experience.

We have a small team and many inbound calls so there’s typically a 10-15 minute wait time for inbound calls. We respond to emails/texts within 3 minutes on average. This shipment was picked up and delivered within 7 days. Most customers would have praised us for our performance on this shipment. Nevertheless, we are pleased to have served you and we would be happy do it again.
