Shipment and delivery date and time kept getting pushed back but other than that everything went smoothly. Hannah looked great, was eating and drinking well, and was mentally totally relaxed when she arrived. Dave and Jen were also very friendly and nice to work with. Thanks!

Wasn't the best shipment I ever had, but they took care of Hannah. The driver was very punctual in picking her up but 2 days late on dropping her off at her destination; one for bad weather, and one because my horse started to show colic-like symptoms. She slept in the trailer 2-3 nights of the 5 day haul and there was only one driver. The communication could have been a little bit better. It was overall just an "okay" job.

Jack did a wonderful job at delivering my pony on time and safely. She seemed very comfortable and content when she came off the trailer. Will be the first person I call for any other horse shipping needs. :) thanks!

I was trying by all means to avoid leaving feedback at all, but Ted has left me no choice. Ted lost my cat that he was hired to ship a few months ago. I spent a couple hundred dollars and a few months to try to find her, but sadly was not able to find her. Ted then agreed to reimburse me the money for her loss, but ignored all my phone calls and messages over a 2 month period. I am now in the process of contacting my attorney. I was very patient and understanding about this, but he abused that.
