Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Officials attempted to contact Shipper by phone for 3 days to no avail. Customer did not respond to any of our emails and THEIR phone was no reachable. 5 different scheduling agents attempted contact and reached nobody at portgate. NO ONE EVER CALL US-ALL OF OUR CALLS ARE ANSWERED THE COMPANIES WITH GOODS NEVER HEARD FROM YOU-THEY THEMSELVES TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER YOU LIST ON USHIP AND IT DOES NOT WORK

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I had tried calling for the pass 3 days but cannot get thru the phone seems not to be in service. I have sent numerous emails but have not get a reply I have sent all the shipping details by email and no reply
