A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shippers costomer would not release vehicle to me on date scheduled.Shipper found other transportion for another day.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I want them to do the shipment. I figured it would be a good opertunity to show that they really can do a good job. I hope that last time was uncounted for. This is VERY possitiv for them that I am willing to try again.

Promissed picup on a date, driver didn't show. Mayor mess, but ended up picking up 2 weeks later.

I shipped two cars for this gentleman and all went well. This one however, the person at the pick up location wouldn't release it to me on the day that I commited to.I will work with John again, we had no problems. It was just this one car.
