We made delivery and customer said was missing a peace but on Uship it only shows 1 peace and when I asked regarding customer info bye email and text for any release paper/invoice and description of the load we are picking up I never got email reply back.

The images provided on uship show a separate piece and its shown in a span of two images. Additionally, I never received any text/email requesting info or description of load. The only question the shipper asked was "When is the load available? Is it Operable or INOP? Additional to that, is there loading and unloading assistance and what are the available hours for pickup? /* Danny" which in no way close to the statement the shipper states.
