Damaged the item and did not take responsibility for it. They transferred the wooden credenza to an open trailer after pickup and transported and delivered it in heavy rain, causing severe water damage. Did not stick to delivery timeframe, delaying delivery over and over and over. Would not show up when promised, with no updates. Do not trust this shipper with anything important.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have used this transporter before, but this time they didn't show up as scheduled (never contacted me). I called and they rescheduled, but then didn't show up again (again didn't contact me to reschedule). Now all of my messages go unanswered and my calls have not been answered in the passed couple of weeks (can't leave a voice mail). This transporter has probably cost me an important sale and a lost customer.
