After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Service provider postponed the shipment several times. When they finally showed up they were not equipped to move the piano and admitted that they had never moved a piano before. This piano has just had $5000 worth of restoration and I cannot trust it to a company that is not equipped to move it properly.

The communications before, during, and after the shipping were great. Bill handled all the fine details and made sure that everything went well on both ends.
