Would never work for this client again. Very ungrateful person. Bid was won on agreement on items picked up before 11/22 but also had to wait for a delivery point as they didnt have one. Client never communicated with me as to when we can pick up and if they found a place yet. Then with only a few days notice client wanted us to pickup. We tried best to quickly get on route to get her items...on our days off!! With no other orders and delivery location ended up to be second floor, stairs only!

Items were delivered in good condition but after several delays (4 days worth) from original agreement. Once agreement was reached it was difficult to communicate with our shipper. Delays were frustrating as vacation days were taken, but useless for the moving process.

Wow! We booked weeks ago and was told items needed to be picked up by 11/22, but they didnt have a delivery place yet. I sent several emails asking if they found a apartment yet, and no answer till last week was told they found aplace and wanted to rush their order. We went out of our way, on our days off, with not much profit to please this client. We even didnt charge extra as this apartment was 2 floor and not ground leave as in our bid. Very unpleased with this reveiw, for all our trouble
