The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time never came. to pickup - told me countless times they were on the way- only a few hours out and then never came - happened four times. he was very nice on the phone but was overall a frustrating experience. i wish him luck! maybe I just caught him in a rough patch. b ut my customer isn't happy
