Thank heavens for Lu-Anne! We were stressing out about how to bring our cat from Boston to Miami and Lu-Anne saved our lives. She was super flexible not only about pick up/drop off arrangements, but also about price wich really helped. Our cat was loved as if we were the ones flying him; he was happy and alert when we picked him up. She has all the gear to keep pets happy, he didn't even need the tranquilizers we packed for the flight. She is the best option if you love your pets!
