Kim did a wonderful job transporting my aunts two very special dogs safely from coast to coast! Kim explained everything patiently and was very accommodating with providing a transplant case and a food bowl, when we forgot to send one. Kim delivered earlier than expected, and the dogs seemed happy and healthy on arrival! We were in contact with Kim during the trip, and she kindly provided updates when asked. Recommend!!
