I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I had a family medical emergency that pulled me off in the middle of my route to pickup her shippment and I had to return home. The customer couldn't wait any longer for this transport. I do apoligize for the delay but family has to come before work. Thanks

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The Service Provider has had to reswchedule multiple times and now has an illness in the family. I want a full refund to pay another provider, please. Response from bjshipping: I had a family medical emergency that pulled me off in the middle of my route to pickup her shippment and I had to return home. Pampered Ponies met and exceeded my expectations. Robin and Grace provided good communication and provided excellent care to a yearling filly on her first trailer ride ever! The seller at the pickup point even commented about how much Robin genuinely cares about the horses he transports.He even turned around after leaving to bring back the neccesary Coggins and health check papers I forgot about. Truly exceptional service with caring, professional people.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Service provider was unable to pick my shipment in the time frame I needed Response from agman93: We were unable to provide adequate space to safely load this filly on 10/10. The horses we picked up before her horse needed additional seperation.We had rescheduled for pickup on 10/15. We have no issues in cancelling. The shipper was able to move her horse sooner by another provider. Kim was very easy to work with and would haul for her anytime. Thank you RandK
