Bruce was very professional, flexible and pleasant throughout our transaction. I have had Adam for 12 years and felt uneasy letting just anyone take him from CA to FL. But, Bruce kept my conscious at ease--sending me pictures of Adam with what state they're in, letting me know if there are any hiccups along the road to include ETA, feeding and taking Adam out frequently for walks, and being open about letting me text/call him 24/7.
