The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This company has not been too good to communicate and did not meet the timeline for pickup. Very disappointed

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The provider, did not confirmed the sizing that was there on the shippen info. He was rude just assuming that I misrepresented the shippment. Did not even call or asked me what had happened. Totally unprofessional.

Schadwick80 were awesome! They keep in touch constantly and although the time of pickup changed it was with our approval. Great team. Highly recommend them! they are helpful, friendly, and constant communication.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The transportation did not call to make arrangements on picking up Luna and in this time my son decided to just keep her.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider could not schedule this shippement in the original agreement. Additional storage time needed to happen on vehicle that was something we do not want.

They did not communicate. Very bad customer service. Many delays, did not delivered as promised. Response from DoubleSHorseTransport: The 2 wild weanlings were delivered safe and sound. We had some delays as did the customer, contract and payment were not delivered to us as agreed . However the horses had a safe and happy trip although the human was not all that reliable and still has a pending balance with our company.
