I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Came to pickup at scheduled time, Customer said he was on his way out but never came . We waited for over an hour with no answer from the phone or the door.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The day this was booked i forget to update my dates on quote before it was accepted. I had planned to be there last week as we had a vehicle down. Then i promised monday this week and again we failed to arrive being behind from the down vehicle. So enroute today we cracked a rim on the backup truck in Oklahoma again a huge setback as nodody close has the wheel and it will have to be ordered. I think it is best to cancel as we have messed this up royally and i feel incredibly bad about it. I sin

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider showed up within the originally quoted timeframe, but they required the item being put inside a wooden crate, which I am not able to do.
