A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Misunderstanding about release of payments from a previous shipment and we are working on getting that resolved and could not meet the time constraints for the current customer's shipment.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The driver rescheduled and we agreed. Then after taking a second day off from work, the driver did not arrive at the agreed upon time and we reached out to try and figure out the delay. The driver stated that his previous delivery was delayed. He rescheduled a 3rd time, which I confirmed with the agency who promised the driver was in route. The driver never reached out to state he was not coming. The agency did not email us or contact us to notify us of problems. Disappointed as a whole.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I never received direct communication from the driver. I received only an email for a request for cancellation. I have been waiting for transport for quite some time and have been depending on this service for support. I have only received several drivers who cancel.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After contacting the driver this morning, he reported that his truck broke down and was stuck at a truck stop. I asked if I needed to cancel the shipment and he said yes. I told him I would have appreciated a notification and he said that the conversation was the notification, despite the fact that I reached out to him rather than he reaching out to me first. He seemed friendly and professional however the reviews also stated similar problems with equipment failure at the last minute.
