Excellent experience with this team of knowledgable and caring transporters. They stepped in and transported Murphy on extremely short notice after the original company failed to pickup. Dee went above and beyond to make sure Murphy had everything he needed while he was in her care. Communication was excellent! I highly recommend Dee and her husband for pet transport services. I know that any pet in their care is safe and will arrive healthy and happy at their final destination.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Puppy was to be picked up between 7/13-7/15. Transport team was to contact me the day prior to pickup with a 4 hr time estimate and the day of pick up with a 2 hr estimate for pickup. On 7/11/2017 at 5:28 pm I received a text from the transport team that they were 2 hours away from picking up the puppy. I responded that this not the correct date for travel and I was not home. Transport team texted back that it was a mistake and they would contact me the day prior to pickup with an estimated t

Excellent experience with Ryan. He communicated well concerning arrangements for pickup and allowed the breeder of the puppy adequate time to prepare the puppy for the trip. Ryan was ahead of schedule with delivery of our pup. Very professional, polite and dependable. Will use again! 5 Stars!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Shipper didn't allow enough time for breeder to ready puppy/get health certificate for travel in Tennessee. Shipper hasn't communicated since 10/17/15 when he stated he would pick puppy up "Wednesday". Apparently he was shipping a rescue dog at the same time and wasn't comfortable with having a puppy in transport w/that dog. Shipper didn't communicate with me, but heard that info from breeder in Tennessee. The next email I received was dated 10/23/15 from a friend of his stating his vehicle

TJ provided excellent, professional service. He communicated with me from the start of the trip to when he delivered the puppy. He was also extremely flexible with my schedule and where to deliver the puppy. Thank you TJ for taking such good care of our new puppy!
