The dimensions given for the load were wrong, OL was listed at 20', actual OL was 25' each ( 2 Pieces), which caused some of the delay in pick up as we had to dispatch different equipment, 1 vehicle was supposed to be operable and 1 inoperable, neither were, which caused additional loading and unloading time, We were unable to get ahold of the customer for 2 day's regarding delivery and had 5 hours standby waiting to hear from her.

This company was GREAT, called right away to set up the pick up. Provided follow up, email, phone contact. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Easy to work with great hours of operation

I had requested a pick up date for Monday, I was able to get my trucks picked up on FRIDAY. Could not get a hold of anyone would leave messages with no call back. Delivery was ok, driver was helpful, not company, but would not use this company again....
