I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I have sent multiple emails and have to been able to schedule pickup date and time. Having difficulty reaching shipper

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Hi the auction house from which I am purchasing the items just let me know theres an issue with the lots I bought so I need to cancel the shipment while I figure it out with them since the shipper was able to collect tomorrow and I need more time. I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have emailed and tried calling the shipper and only received one email in reply with no pickup date- its already past the window I needed it delivered so I need to book someone else.
