The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled Shipper did not abide by the terms and condition in the contract, nor did shipper give heed to providers details before booking load.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Tried to get a hold of this customer to speak about this shipment and how we can proceed with his request to move it. Customer resides in another country, very difficult to get a hold of after several emails and phone calls made. Contacted the shipper with the limited information the shipper entered on the Uship shipment profile. Shipper said "customer does not want to pay the extra money to break down the John Deere 980" The John Deere 980 is 19ft wide and un shippable!
