I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Customer booked with us and sent someone else to pick up the truck! He didn't let us now, our truck arrived today only to find out the truck was gone!
Rajiv stopped answering in all ways of communication and didn't have the decency to call and say he no longer needed the job.
As far as I'm concerned we all did our job, he also provided incorrect dimensions the first time we sent a truck and he couldn't take it because it was too big. he couldnt take it because it was too big.
