A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved He wanted a specific date I assured him that his pet would be delivered by the 22nd and would be picked up on the 17th I told him that we are stuck in a snowstorm right now and we like to take extreme safety measures and with the roads in the condition that they are in it could possibly take us longer but we would have it there by the 22nd and he wanted to cancel the shipment I request a cancellation fee to be paid Because I had other loads that I had to route my whole route around his shipment

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider is unable to provide a detailed timeline of when my dog will be delivered. I specifically asked the service provider to provide an estimated time and date for pick up and drop off and they insisted that I would have to book first for them to provide an estimate, and I did. After discussing directly with the service provider, they still cannot provide a delivery date estimate and I feel that they should not have accepted the job knowing the logistical challenges (winter weath
