DID NOT PAY BIG DAMAGE (650€)
Before booking april ABR trans by Victor Vlad Popa, I asked him about an insurance if something gets damaged. He promised that he has an insurance for 20.000€.
During the unload I detected a damage of at least 650€ and informed Victor about that. He told me that the insurance approved the damage and will pay me.
After 13 reminder emails and three months have passed, I still haven't received one euro! I will contact my lawyer in the next week.
