The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The weight on this shipment was close to begin with. After talking with customer finding out there were additional items. Then speaking with pick up location and dealer. I do not feel safe moving forward with this.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled Feel free to check the weight of this item. You will see that many different websites show the weight of a 98 new holland 555e 4wd backhoe at 14,700. You will see I put the weight on this shipment at 16,500. The additional equipment that was disputed was a set of forks that are on the backhoe in the bucket and a driveshaft that is sitting the bucket as well. These are an additional 1000lbs at most. Still ad up under 16,500 and no additional work needed.

Mike did a great job communicating with me. Even went as far as buying a bigger trailer just to make the load happen. His timeliness was great. Would definitely use him again.
