NO. You bid on a job and you did not respond to my phone call, text message, email and USHIP messages for three days. You just decided you will not do the job you bid on - don't say i could not reach you - I tried contacting you four hours after i paid for the service.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have emailed, called and left messages, texted, and used uship platform but i can't reach the carrier. He is supposed to pickup today but its noon and no communication. Uship has also emailed the carrier for me but no success.
