Delivered press as promised and in great condition. Great care in strapping it down. Kept in communication and notified me of progress so I could schedule a fork lift operator. Trouble free shipment, would use their services again.

Overall service was lightning fast. Car was clean and undamaged. Communication was excellent.
I would say that anyone who ships a car to an outlying area, like ours, ask questions. The quote (apparently automated) was supposed to be door to door, we ended up having to drive 4.5 hours to Green Bay to pick it up in order to get it quickly. Otherwise it might have been many weeks before they could find someone going our way. I would still recommend them, just ask questions so no surprises.

I'd like to say Thank you to Marc ( shipper ) for making this transaction as smooth as possible. Yes we didn't deliver to Calumet,MI ( rural area far away from any major Hwy/city ), however this was done after we asked the shipper if he is willing to accept delivery in Green Bay,WI and he agreed without any hesitation, otherwise we could deliver the car to Calumet,MI , but it would take more time to get a transporter assigned for this job. Everything we do is with shippers approval.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I feel that more than two weeks additional pick up time is fair enough. Contract said 14 days for pickup it has been 34 days since their bid was accepted. Service provider did not keep me informed when there was a problem. I have tried to contact them the past two days and no response via email or phone.
