The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time My shipment was supposed to get picked up on 1/12 between 3-4 PM. I got a call from their driver to check if he could come the next day since he wanted to confirm with his other partner. But there has been no communication since and I am feeling stranded with all my stuff sitting here which was supposed to be shipped out by today.
