After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Shipper did not supply gate pass or VIN number for 2+ weeks for auction car. After talking multiple time to owner of company and his assistant they finally supplied. I asked who would have uship code at receiving end and they said "no one". I informed them if delivery was made and no one on their end was available to give code, a 25 dollar an hour detention fee would be charged till the code was released. They decided to cancel after that, which is fine by be as this whole deal started to stink

The tranporter NEVER once asked for the vin before 7/29 to my knowledge. I emailed him 4 times, he never once responded to my emails. On 7/29 I emailed him the VIN and contact person. I told him just to call me when he is almost there or there and I will have the payment code. He wanted teh payment code up front. NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!

Dave and Kelly is A+++++ in my book nice people to work with and good communication fast with payment.if you see that Dave or Kelly need a load pulled i would recommend that you do it you wont go wrong with them.Dave and Kelly it was great that i was able to bring your boat to you like working for you,hope we can do it again,god bless and have a nice day and good time on the boat
